The location is great, super near to subway!

The hotel is very near to the subway which is very convenient for us.

The room is not very sound proof. We can hear loud noises coming from other rooms (was quite noisy during midnight). The room is a quite small for 3 people (there are not enough space to put luggages)

I would like to stay in this hotel next time I visit Korea!

The room wasn’t very large, but it was still very comfortable with enough space. Everything was clean. The location was very close to the metro station and it was really convenient for us to move from one point to another. The staff also was always friendly and helpful.

Aircon is not available thus, need to open window for cold air. No cashier in breakfast area b1, dining personnel does not accept payment, need to go up in reception area 1st flr to pay first then return to b1 to eat.

Satisfying

Very clean room. The housekeeping service was excellent, always had toiletries in the bathroom and clean towels. The staff was polite and helpful. The location is great, very convenient to use the subway.

It would be great if the staff works more on their English skills. Only two of the boys could speak good English, so when they weren't on duty, I struggled a lot with explaining what I needed to others. In my opinion, for a good hotel what Golden City is, English is a necessity.

One of the girl at the reception deck is beautiful, friendly & helpful plus she speaks English fluently. I forgot to ask her name, otherwise I would recommend to her boss. Excellent!

Good sized rooms

The room was good, it was just very hot. The underfloor heating was very hot and the a/c was on cental heating mode, so I switched it off and tried to sleep with the window open so we ended up not sleeping, from all the noise down in the street. It's located in quite a busy street, I'm not sure what kind of entertainment is located nearbly, but it was busy throughout the night. If the window is closed however, you wouldn't hear a single thing. I think it was good value for money. Would've been so much better if the a/c was working and we could be able to get some sleep.

Personally I feel if a hotel promotes its facilities and an a/c being one of them, it should be available to use and working. The a/c was on heater, and there is no way to change it on the remote in the room. Only the staff can change it on the computer, but they said they were unable to do so.
